Chef Retreat - Food To Wellness at Kairali - The Ayurvedic Healing Village, Palakkad, Kerala

Check in: Arrival of Chef’s. Two Chef will arrive at 11.30 am from Delhi and other two chef will arrive at 12.30 pm from Bangalore
1 pm to 2.30 pm Lunch: Sadhya (recommended by Madhulika)
2.30 pm to 3.30 pm: Rest
3.30 pm to 4.30 pm: Meeting with Directors and Presentation on Kairali to all Chefs
4.30 pm to 6 pm: Doctor consultation of 2 chef & Therapy of 2 chefs. Other Chef will have leisure time at Retreat
7 pm to 8 pm: Chef’s Vikas will make Dinner (1 dish)

6.30 am to 7.30 am: Yoga in morning & Coconut drink
7.30 am to 8 am: Organic Garden visit to pluck the farm fresh or forage ingredients.
8 am to 9.30 am: Chef Abhijeet Saha will prepare the Breakfast (1 Dish)
11 am to 12.30 noon: Chef Gill discussion with Gita Ramesh & One dish will be prepared by both.
1 pm to 3 pm: 2 chefs will go to Factory visit & 2 chef will go to Village Walk. Lunch will be at traditional village house with locals.*
3 pm to 4.30 pm: Rest
6.30 pm to 7.30 pm: Meditation Therapy in the evening
7.30 pm to 9 pm: Dinner will be cooked by Chef Sabyasachi (1 dish) / Breakfast other day.**

8 am to 9.30 am: Breakfast by Chef Sabyasachi/ Vikas Seth
9.30 am to 11 am: Doctor Consultation & Therapies of 2 chefs. Other 2 chefs will have leisure time at retreat.
11.30 am to 3 pm: 2 Chef will go to Factory visit and other two will go for Village walk and have their lunch at respective place
3 pm to 4.30 pm: Rest
6 pm to 7 pm: Chef Interaction with KTAHV Kitchen staff & team.
7.30 pm to 9 pm: Dinner will be enjoyed in open, by all 4 chefs and guests. Demo Session on the lines of Masterchef with the guest seated with their favorite chef. Evening of Health, Happiness and Platform for dinner, discussion and more.**
